Found this car, guys wants a swap for a 4dr Say i'd offer my S70, its a 2.5 20v auto, with 75k, about 6mths mot and tax, very good condition. What would my car be worth? Few marks about it, but in very good condition compared to other i've seen of a simliar age.

I'd certainly go for a look if you fancy it. The price isn't that unusual these days - nearly bought a C70 T5 GT Manual myself a month or two back for 2.5K. Just look out for the usual things, check the S/H etc etc.

The very low milage and qualification for classic insurance would worry me....This is also with no mention of service history...I am always sceptical of people who issue either misleading or incorrect ads...What have they intentionally witheld...Notwithstanding this the car could be a good one just sold un-proffesionally.... N I Nut, i fear however in the current climate you may be a little dissapointed by the price the vendor may offer you for your car...For example i know someone who paid under a grand for a R, reg LPT, albeit with some extra milage but showing deals are out there.... Thanks for your thought folks, The miles on the c70 annoy me a bit, considering its one off the things i like about my s70, that said, the s70 isnt as tidy as i would like it, and if you seen it you would all call me fussy. Also i'd rather a c70 soft top, non turbo. I emailed the guy anyway, we'll see what he says
